Founded more than 35 years ago, the celebrated Early Music ensemble Il Giardino Armonico performs on historical instruments. With their musical director Giovanni Antonini, who also plays the solo flute, the group will bring the Baroque world of Antonio Vivaldi to life. Works by this famous Venetian composer (and Roman Catholic priest) will be combined with music by Tomaso Albinoni and Giovanni Legrenzi to evoke the spirit of the Serenissima.
