Is the disease native to the earth? Is hope part of the air? Can the historical analysis in Heiner and Inge Müller's production pieces enlighten us about future worlds of work? On Sunday, the question of community is a question about its history and the people who have told it: What does the industrial history, what do the open-cast mines of Lusatia say about the present and future of the region? Who told the story, and what remains of the stories and narratives? Can the reappraisal of the Lusatian soil through these pieces also be a historical reappraisal?

Final discussion

This year's edition of the Lausitz Lab takes three of the festival's productions as starting points for discussion and reflection: »Sonnet Factory«, »Othello / The Strangers« and »Müller & Müller«. Based on the productions and the inspirational word unsbewusst, the question of the challenges and at the same time possible freedoms of a conscious community of the many will be discussed.
